Please note that all items sold on our website are subject to shipping cost being added. 

We use external couriers and also deliver in our own van. Not all couriers are able to provide exact arrival times, please bear this in mind before purchasing any items. You are always welcome to email us for advise prior to any transaction has been completed.

Shipping outside EU varies from country to country and we strongly suggest you contact a freight forwarder or broker in the country of delivery. (This is required by law in United States as an example)

Also when items are being shipped outside UK there may be customs tax, import tax or/and duties. These potential fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we can’t answer these questions as the laws / guidelines change from country to country.

We offer a no quibble 14 days return policy.

If we are delivering the item within UK and it is refused on delivery for whatever reason, there is no cost to the buyer involved. The full amount is being refunded when we receive the item back from the courier. Including the initial shipping cost

If an item has been accepted and the condition is as described the buyer will pay the cost of returning the item.

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item has arrived damaged, this must be reported immediately to the courier and to ourselves. We will assist as much as possible during this process. It is important that all packaging is being kept until further notice as certain couriers may wish to inspect this on request. 

We aim to deliver larger items within 2 weeks from the day of purchase. However this may be longer if we have offered additional services like re-upholstering or re-polishing. In these cases we provide an estimated delivery time.

Smaller items are dispatched with parcel couriers and we aim to ship these within 2 working days (Saturday & Sunday are NOT working days). We will let you know within 24 hours of an order being placed if this is not the case.
